TRANSFER YOUR DOMAINS IN 5 EASY STEPS
Step 1 - Administrative Email
Make sure you can receive email for the administrative contact for the domain name(s) you are transferring to e-Peaks Web Services. You can check the administrative contact email with our whois tool. If you cannot receive email for the domain name you want to transfer the transfer will not be able to be completed.
Step 2 - Check Transferability
Your domain name will need to be unlocked if it is currently locked in order for the transfer to proceed. Also, your domain name needs to be older than 60 days and it must not be within 30 days of the domains expire date.
Step 3 - Acquire Authorization Code
You'll need the authorization code from your current registrar to make the transfer. The code can be acquired by either logging into your current registrars domain control panel or by contacting them and asking them to email the authorization code to you.
Step 4 - Confirm Transfer Request
After the order for the domain transfer is completed with e-Peaks Web Services, you will receive an email asking to confirm the transfer request. Follow the instructions given in the email, this must be approved in order for the transfer to properly complete. The approval email will be sent to the administrative contact for the domain name.
Step 5 - Final Transfer Process
Once the email you receive has been approved, we will continue the transfer process, this could take up to one week (7 days) to complete. You will be notified via email when the transfer has been completed.
